Okay, so we've been to Temples, Shrines, Monasteries, Cemetaries and Folk Villages, which is enough culture for anyone. Now it's time for hi-tech, uber-modern Tokyo.
We headed for a night out in a place called Shibuya, which has a very famous crossing, as you see in the 1st 2 photos.
We are staying in an area called Shiodome - a very, very modern sky scraper district and the 3rd photo is of our hotel foyer.
The final photo was sneakily taken on the Tokyo train network, of the people sitting opposite us. A real mix of traditional dress, trendy and gothic victoriana, which sums up Tokyo, as you'll see from the forthcoming posts.
We've so much to show and tell you, so please log on and enjoy......

Hi guys,
Looks fantastic! We loved Tokyo and it looks as though you guys are to.
Had Matt's Stag Do last weekend. All had a wicked laugh and Matt survived without any more hair loss (only joking Matt).
Ella is now running, so we are finding it hard to keep up with her.
Look after yourselves
